PAYMENT TERMS
- Registration Fee: ₹1,000 (Non-Refundable)
- 50% Advance Payment to be completed 15 days before departure
- 100% Payment must be completed 7 days before departure
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Registration Fee (₹1,000) is Non-Refundable.
- 50% of the Advance Payment (excluding the registration fee) will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 7 days before departure.
- No Refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of departure, irrespective of the reason (health issues, accidents, family emergencies, office commitments, or any other circumstances).
IMPORTANT NOTE
- The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, landslides, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Alternative sightseeing or activities will be arranged if any destination becomes inaccessible.
- The Trip Captain’s decision will be final to ensure the safety of all participants.
- Long weekend prices may vary. Please confirm the final package price before booking.
