PAYMENT TERMS
- Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company cancellation policy.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations due to weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, or unused services during the trip.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Semi-Sleeper Volvo service will be provided for travel between Delhi and Manali/Delhi as per the operating schedule.
- Rohtang Pass sightseeing is not included in the package and is subject to government permissions.
- During heavy snowfall, local 4×4 vehicles may be mandatory, and the charges must be paid directly on-site.
- Adventure activities in Solang Valley and Kullu are optional and available at an additional cost.
- Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policy.
- The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, or operational requirements.
- Carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID throughout the journey
