• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before departure as per company policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company cancellation policy.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations due to weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, or unused services during the trip.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID throughout the journey.
• Children aged 5–10 years are subject to child charges and will not be provided with an extra bed.
• During heavy snowfall, local 4×4 snow vehicles are mandatory, and charges must be paid directly on-site.
• Rohtang Pass sightseeing is subject to government permissions and weather conditions.
• Adventure activities are included only as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Bonfire and music sessions are organized every evening at the hotel or riverside camp, subject to weather conditions.
• The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, or operational requirements.
• Please follow the instructions of the Trip Captain for a safe and enjoyable travel experience.
