PAYMENT TERMS
- Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the expedition begins.
- A ₹5,000 refundable security deposit is mandatory for rented bikes and riding gear.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company cancellation policy.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations due to weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, or unused services during the expedition.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Riders must possess a valid Driving License.
- Riding experience on mountain roads is highly recommended.
- The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road closures, military restrictions, or operational requirements.
- All participants must follow the Ride Captain’s instructions throughout the expedition.
- Fuel is included only for rented bikes.
- A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is applicable for rented bikes and riding gear.
- Children aged 5–8 years will be charged 30% of the package cost without an extra bed. Guests above 8 years will be charged the full package cost.
- Carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID during the entire trip.
