PAYMENT TERMS
- Registration Fee: ₹1,000 Per Person (Non-Refundable)
- 50% Advance Payment to be completed 15 days before departure
- 100% Payment must be completed 7 days before departure
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Registration Fee (₹1,000 Per Person) is Non-Refundable.
- 50% of the Advance Payment (excluding the registration fee) will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 7 days before departure.
- No Refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of departure, irrespective of the reason (health issues, accidents, family emergencies, office commitments, or any other circumstances).
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Package prices may vary during long weekends, holidays, and festive seasons.
- Train ticket confirmation is subject to IRCTC availability, including Tatkal booking where applicable.
- If any destination becomes inaccessible due to weather conditions, landslides, road closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, a suitable alternative destination will be arranged by the Trip Captain.
- Campfire is subject to weather conditions and local permissions.
- The itinerary may be modified to ensure the safety and comfort of all travelers.
