Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Remaining balance must be paid before the departure date as per company policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY

No refund will be provided for cancellations due to weather conditions, natural calamities, road closures, or unused services during the yatra.
Additional expenses arising due to landslides, weather disruptions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the participant.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID throughout the journey.
The Kedarnath trek is approximately 16–18 km (one way) and requires moderate physical fitness.
Helicopter, Pony, Palki, Doli, and Porter services are optional and available at an additional cost.
Weather conditions in the Himalayas can change rapidly. Carry warm clothing, rain protection, trekking shoes, gloves, and personal medicines.
Air conditioning will remain switched off in hilly regions as per government regulations.
