PAYMENT TERMS

• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining balance must be paid before the departure date as per company policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company cancellation policy.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations due to weather conditions, natural calamities, road closures, or unused services during the yatra.
• Additional expenses caused by landslides, roadblocks, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the participant.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID throughout the journey.
• The Char Dham Yatra includes moderate trekking, particularly at Yamunotri and Kedarnath. Participants should be physically fit for high-altitude travel.
• Weather conditions in the Himalayas can change rapidly. Carry warm clothing, rain protection, trekking shoes, gloves, and personal medicines.
• Pony, Palki, Mule, Porter, and Helicopter services are available at an additional cost.
• Lunch is not included in the package.
• Accommodation will be provided on a Triple Sharing basis, with separate arrangements for men and women wherever applicable.
• The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, or operational requirements.
• Follow the instructions of the Trip Captain throughout the journey for a safe and comfortable pilgrimage.
