PAYMENT TERMS

• 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining balance must be paid at the time of hotel check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation 10 or more days before departure: 10% deduction.
• Cancellation 3–6 days before departure: 50% deduction.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of departure: No Refund.
• If the operator cancels the trip, a full refund will be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Children aged 5–10 years will be charged 50% of the package cost without an extra bed.
• During heavy snowfall, local 4×4 vehicles may be mandatory, and the charges must be paid directly on-site.
• Travelers must report 30 minutes before the Volvo departure time.
• Each passenger is allowed 1 large bag and 1 personal carry bag.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the Volvo bus.
• Rohtang Pass sightseeing is not included and depends on government permissions.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to hotel policies.
• The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road closures, traffic, or operational requirements.
• Carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID throughout the trip.
