PAYMENT TERMS
- Registration Fee: ₹1,000 Per Person (Non-Refundable)
- 50% Advance Payment to be completed 15 days before departure
- 100% Payment must be completed 7 days before departure
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Registration Fee (₹1,000 Per Person) is Non-Refundable.
- 50% of the Advance Payment (excluding the registration fee) will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 7 days before departure.
- No Refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of departure, irrespective of the reason (health issues, accidents, family emergencies, office commitments, or any other circumstances).
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Package Price: ₹13,500 Per Person (Regular Price: ₹16,500).
- Flight or train tickets to Srinagar are not included in the package.
- Gondola rides, pony rides, snow activities, and entry tickets are optional and payable directly.
- Baisaran Valley is accessible only by pony ride as per local union regulations.
- Thajiwas Glacier visit is subject to weather conditions and local transport availability.
- The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, government regulations, traffic, or operational requirements.
