- 30 Days or More Before Departure: 25% Cancellation Charges
- 15–30 Days Before Departure: 50% Cancellation Charges
- 0–15 Days Before Departure: 100% Cancellation Charges

- Chembra Peak Trek is subject to forest department permissions and weather conditions. If unavailable, Soochipara Waterfalls will be covered instead.
